the Worst ever !every time, in any simple case, there are problems, all of the specialists are confused, each specialist answer different things to the same question, If you dont follow your account, you will see there are extra reduce from bank ! I have never seen such a company !!!!! 1 star is too much

It’s not entirely the stores fault, but I highly recommend that nobody continue buying from Fido since they now charge you a fee to talk to somebody over the phone. Not only do they charge you this fee but they make you jump through about 30 hoops in the automated service before they hang up on you and ask you to login over the Internet and schedule a call back. This is literally the worst customer service of any cell phone provider. Save yourself do not come here!
