Blown away by how thorough, detailed, and professional their inspection was - as was our Realtor. Kory and Jenn work great as a team and really took the time to show and explain everything they found - and helped us understand what was important to address soon and what was not as urgent. Our walk-through was followed by a 70 page PDF report with photos and detailed explanations of every finding. Honestly cannot imagine how they could improve. If you need a home inspector look no further.

Very happy with our home inspection! They took the time to walk us through the home and explain any item that needed attention. The report was so thorough. Many photographs and detailed descriptions. Appliances were all checked for recalls as well. We have full confidence in our decision to make our home purchase after having them do their inspection on a property.

Best service I have ever received - I highly recommend Kory and Jennifer! I have had a number of home inspections done over the years and never experienced one so thorough - every outlet was tested, every faucet was checked for leaks, every window opened/closed and checked for a solid seal.
