Change your hours so that people don't walk down to your store in the rain to find out it closed 2 hours ago instead it says 7pm on Google but 5pm on the door you expect people to drive or walk and waste time to find out the hours don't match up on Google ridiculous it's not hard to change the hours on google

AMAZING staff. They’ve given me reliable advice for how to transition my dog and cats to raw food. Very helpful, never rushed. Very knowledgeable. So thankful to have them so close to our house! Definitely recommend, especially if you’re looking for advice on health and nutrition.

l absolutely love shopping at this store! Best in town! They have successfully helped me transition my 4 cats to a raw food diet, their guidance in this process was absolutely invaluable! Super friendly staff (always!) they are always so eager to assist and answer any / all questions I happen to have. I love their passion for natural, healthy options for pets, and their willingness to help out where they can. Big thanks.

This store used to have lots more dog toys and accessories but they've now switched to a more food focus. They still have great customer service and I would happily support them more if they went back and carried more toys and accessories!

I recently switched to this location as the other oak bay pet shop was out of stock on what I needed. Not only did this location have my dogs preferred brand, but they also had the most impressive selection of raw food that I’ve ever seen. The raw food prices were also very competitive so I decided to treat my pup to a selection recommended by the store manager. Excellent customer service, clean store, well stocked and with great prices. I’ll be back!
