I liked the slate board on which the sushami was served - California roll, salmon, tuna, and snapper.I don't like mayonnaise, which was on the salad.The large pieces of nori in the misu soup were good!Friendly and fast service.

I haven't been here for a few years, and it look like they've changed ownership since then.The Fuji roll was okay, the Carbonara udon was bland.The service was good. Not sure if i'd go back. Nothing really blew me away here.

Great sushi at a decent price.This place is not going to blow anyone away with it's level of service or it's atmosphere, but that isn't why people go to hole-in-the-wall sushi places. People go for great sushi and in that regard, you won't be disappointed.Food is very tasty and every roll is jam-packed with flavour. Wasabi, ginger and spicy mayo are complimentary and served to accompany every roll. If you're looking for small, easy to bite rolls this isn't going to work for you because each roll makes you really feel like you're getting your money's worth as they're each stuffed full and come out quite big across the board.The service, unsurprisingly, is aloof and underwhelming. The atmosphere is plain and the lighting is drab (but bonus points for the Bose sound system).I can confidently recommend this establishment for people living nearby to grab a nice bite of sushi without breaking the bank. (My favourite roll here to try something new is the Magicarp Roll)

A nice small neighborhood Japanese restaurant. Service was prompt and friendly. The tables appear clean and the restaurant t looks like it is adhering to covid precautions. In terms of the food, we had miso soup toro sushi and sashimi plate. The portions were very reasonable, well proportioned and delicious. The sashimi plate had salmon, tuna, whitefish and octopus. The pricing was reasonable as well. I definitely recommend this place if you are craving good quality sushi.

Momo-Yama Sushi
One of my go to spots for a quick Sushi experience. I have tried their eel +rice meal or in a sushi roll. Freshly made and won't disapoint. Their ramens are great too. I specially love their sushi rolls, avocado or mango. Clean and fast service, I often see Skip the Dishes assisting on their delivery. Decent amount of space, cozy ambiance and attentive staff. I like the fact that they customize my sushi orders and food is presentable and warm/hot for soups. Plenty of parking, although can be challenging to leave on peak hours. Summer or winter this is recommended.

Everything was delicious and wonderful. My partner and I ate every single bite of our food because it was so delicious. The tuna and salmon sashimi was the best I’ve had in the city. Great quality for good price! The chicken karage portion was so big and crispy. We even had a time crunch because we had to leave in 45 mins and everything came out so fast! I was so impressed and go back!

Gyoza or chicken and dumplings should first be steamed and then pan fried. The ones I ordered said on the menu that they were pan fried but they were not. They were raw deep fried or something

Momo-Yama Sushi
The menu is extensive, and includes their own innovative specialties. My appetizer was blue-tuna Sashimi. Then I had the Fuyiyama Roll. Creative presentation, and superb taste! I will return and try many of their various items, knowing they will be just as well prepared. The Spicy Salmon Sashimi is excellent, and I highly recommend it.
