Always buy form this location! The staffs are friendly and helpful. They are also generous with samples (which can be deadly later, cause I'll end up going back to buy more). Love the promotions and often have freebies to incentify their customer's purchases. Great quality products that works well!

Awful experience shopping here today. Not only was there no customer service, the sales associate by the name Kevin was extremely rude and condescending during my interaction with him. I felt very uncomfortable and belittled by his attitude towards me. When I attempted to ask him pretty normal questions it seemed like I was bothering him and when asked about past promotions that the company has offered he kept saying he “did not feel comfortable” disclosing this information in a confrontational and rude manner. He also refused to tell me his name which I assume was to prevent me from sharing this feedback. His coworker did refer him as “Kevin”. He continued to be combative and rude towards me until I had no choice but to walk out of the store. Absolutely terrible experience at this location. Kevin needs to be retrained on his basic customer service skills and better understand his job objectives as a sales associate.

I was next in line when another cashier came in and said next in line so I automatically went up to the counter and put down my stuff when she called for the woman behind me to come up so she could ring that woman up because she had been helping her beforehand. I understand that but at the very least she could have asked if it was ok for her to help this other woman because she was already helping her out but she completely ignored me, knocked what I was buying over and went on to help the other woman even though I was next in line. I was extremely annoyed at this and it left a bad taste in my mouth. Am never gonna shop in that store again, even though I was a several time returning customer.

Very disappointed! I have been a long time customer. Recently bought a Jeju foam scrub, it must be a bad batch as the scrub I got does not foam/lather but rather dissolves/melts once I add a bit of warm water in my hands. Contacted customer support and they said this product is not covered under their Face Shop guarantee. In store also said nothing can be done. No offer for an exchange or even a courtesy discount for a future purchase.

Great location! For everyone that doesn’t know, this was they just changed their name from the face shop.This is literally the ONLY location I shop at. All of the ladies and manager team are extremely helpful and so kind. Best place to come especially if you’re looking for great one-on-one expertise of the products, everyone here is extremely genuine and real.

YaYa was the sale who helped me. She was amazing!!! She spent her time with me to explain all skincares I need. I got clenaser, full skincare set and only spent 90 bucks!!!!

Nice place for women to get makeup stuff. Variety of items at good prices and buy one get one X% off deals. Sales staff are young and friendly... some are very helpful and customer-service oriented while some are not as good. Lots of women of all ages go in and out.
