She's my doctor. I like her.

Terrible place, her walk in hours are the worse. You could be going there for a small issue and have to sit there and wait for 2 hours. Even if want a massage note you would have to sit there on walk in hours , such a money grab.They wont let you book an appt with her few weeks ahead of time, only walk in hours. The secretary are very unprofessional and not nice at all. They make you pay for doctors notes, parking , even got a letter in the mail to pay 100$ fee for the year for going to her to cover doctor notes and other stuff. Its beyond stupid, never even heard of that.When I did book an appt with her , she cancelled like 2 times, she always on vacation and has no replacement doctor. Dont go here !

They need first a kind receptionist , that treats people well when they call, people call u because they r sick... so be kind lady... awful attitude... maximum rudeness, hope she faces similar people everywhere so she learn to be kind

Dr Jansen is the most professional and courteous in her field...She is completely thorough and intuitive..She sent me for tests that I didn't realize that I needed....and in turn saved my life

Mandy the receptionist is absolutely terrible!!!Although Dr.Jansen is amazing and I love having her as a doctor her receptionist is a terrible reflection of her practice. She Constantly calls back other family members to make my appointment. It has been months since I have been able to talk to Dr. Jansen And because of that I keep Re hurting a pre-existing injury. I’ve called Mandy several times and she always says that Dr. Jansen will get back to me another day. It is going on three months and I don’t want to switch family doctor she’s left me no choice.Mandy is one of the rudest receptionist I have ever come across and I don’t can’t understand why a person as kind as Dr. Jansen would want someone like that as a greeter to her practice. I’ve heard from several people that they have had bad experiences with her. She’s hung up the phone on me because I’m frustrated with her disorganization and lack of communication. The fact that I can’t make an appointment to see my family doctor let alone given a time as to when she’ll came be back is terrible.

I dread calling reception to talk to the 1 younger woman. She is one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with in a medical office. You can stand right in front of her and say Hello how are ya

A great doctor, staff are nice. Would go even if I wasn't sick.

Dr Jansen has an awesome walk in schedule for her patients. She is a caring person and a great listener. I trust her!
