I saw one waitress who was obviously stressed out but still very pleasant. The place was quite busy and yet you still sat yourself wherever. In a place this size and this busy how is the waitress suppose to know you have arrived. She still found me after about 10 to 15 minutes. Looking at the other patrons with nothing on their tables and the bored look on their faces I ask the waitress what the wait time was for getting your food. Now this is breakfast, not a dinner. She said 30 to 45 minutes and don't forget my wait time. NOT THE FAULT OF THE WAITRESS! So it's an hour before even getting food. I ended up leaving as this is unacceptable. Heard good things about this place but this was just too much. I will give them one more chance bot for Petes sake, hire some staff.

I walked in with my three kids this past Sunday morning at around 10:45 am and were told to seat ourselves by a staff member. We grabbed a table and finally welcomed by a waitress after 10 minutes of waiting. She seemed anxious and handed us 2 menus and quickly asked if we were ready to order. We needed a few minutes to review the menu, and she said she would return in a few minutes.She returned and we were ready to order at around 11:02 am, and rather than taking our order, she removed a menu from my 9 year old son hands. She rudely explained that she would not accept the order because it was past 11:00 am. It was odd because she just came from the table next to us and took their breakfast order no problem. She did give us the Lunch menu, which had breakfast items posted, at a much higher price, and said that was our only choice. We decided to leave at that point, and no one tried to talk with us or tried to make it right.For being in the restaurant almost 15 minutes before 11:00 am it was such a disgrace and disrespectful to me and to my kids that we were not able to order breakfast. Do not waste your money in that restaurant, they obviously do not value customers.If I could give this restaurant 0 stars, based on service alone, I would!STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!

Food was phenomenal. The Caesar was amazing. Service was ok.. A little more communication on how the Meat feast worked would have been beneficial.going on the hour, so you get every type of meat recommended. Would definitely go back!

Slow and incomplete service.Food was fine but never got sides and couldn't grab one of the two waitresses attention if we were on fire.Neglected our table entirely after we were served with the exception of clearing one group members plate as we waited for our bills.. that only came after shouting across the room at one of the waitresses.Maybe they had someone call in today, I'm not sure, but they're clearly understaffed.. had one of the kitchen workers clearing tables as one of the waitresses made salads..Has me wondering who the hell 'manages' this place.

My girlfriend and I stopped in for the Buffet this morning. The food was really quite good. A nice assortment of breakfast and lunch choices. The hostess Midge was extremely friendly and helpful, you could really see she enjoys what she’s doing. Keep up the great work.

The last time we came with my family was in January, we didn't wanted to come again it was not very pleasant visit, we decided to come today and now the service was excellent and fast, the manager and the staff had never approached me before to ask if everything was ok this was a new experience, we felt very well attended we had the best Buffet with the best breakfast in leamington. 100% recommended, congratulation to the new owners.

Place is great as always, first time we’ve had the Sunday buffet and it’s excellent. Clean with very friendly staff great atmosphere. Love this place. Always very happy here.
