They fail to deliver packages properly as far as delivery goes. As far as the office goes, extremely rude and poor customer service. They clearly don't want to work. They will take any excuse to leave the counter unattended. Attendants don't seem to know how to do their job. Poor/lack of training. Chandra/Channa(?) is the only nice and competent person who works there.

Did not put our package at the right door, took a package that we did not pick up because it was at the wrong door, used the shipping code for the wrong package so we couldn’t return the package that was supposed to be returned, then gave us attitude as we worked to correct their mistake. A gift from a parent in Massachusetts is now lost in the system.

If this thing allowed for negative stars this place would get negative 5 for the bad customer service I received, the guy I spoke with got angry with me as all I was doing was getting information on behalf of a friend because she had 3 packages go missing.
