Laser Autobody & Painting

I've had the worst experience ever with this company. I'm a hard working family man, and I deal with customers everyday. I would never imagine of treating someone the way that I was treated by the owner George.I brought my truck to Laser Auto Body for hail damage the first week of November 2016. I was told the job would take 2 weeks. 3 weeks later I was told to pick up my truck. When I picked my truck up, there were numerous things that were not completed, and to top it off the entire inside was filled with paint dust. I couldnt even turn the heat on because of the intense smell from the paint dust. I was frustrated and I let him know. He told me to bring it back in 4 days and he would finish everything and detail the truck. The detail of the truck was good witch he had someone else do. Nothing else was completed and I was told to pick it up again. (The things that were not completed are properly painting my hood, replacing my smashed rear view mirrors that was part of my claim, replacing the fenderflares, reinstalling my box liner). So I brought my truck back for the third time and this was in January 2017 I might add. If you remember he said two weeks. When I picked up my truck the next day the only thing done was the rear view mirrors. When I let him know I was very unhappy, his attitude was very poor. He didn't care because he was already paid out from autopac. I brought my truck back a week later and he did the fender flares and told me to pick it back up. In February 2017 I was to bring it back so he could paint the hood and put the box liner back in. When I went there for the fifth time and 4 months later he said the box liner was covered in snow outside and if they could dig it out they would put it back in.I wasn't having his poor attitude and laziness anymore I went to autopac and they set me up with there quality control unit. They informed me the paint job he did do was horrible, there were many dry spots and the paint wasn't applied properly. These things they pointed out I didn't even notice in till they showed me.So now they had to re estimated my claim and I'm taking it to Jim Guathier. All the work Laser Auto Body did has to be stripped and redone. I would NEVER suggest talking anything here.
