The discrimination of this place is ridiculous this. Guy asks you to leave even when your a paying customer just because he thinks at all that homeless people don't need to sit and eat the. Staff are just as bad I was the only one asked to leave even though there was plenty of seats available

I was studying here around 8:30 -9pm and I needed to use the bathroom and one of the employee refused to let me use the bathroom cuz “she just cleaned it” and she didn’t want anyone using it. That’s unreasonable and something should be done about that. And btw tvis is not the first time it happened.

The employees are extremely rude here. Even when you're nice to them they slam down your coffee and give you attitude. It isn't just at this location it's at many locations.They purposely don't fill your coffee cup all the way. Now I just except if I need a coffee badly enough I'll just have to put up with it.I know you deal with customers that are rude to you on a daily basis. But if someone is being polite being rude back just isn't fair.I think I'll just invest in a good thermos and brew my coffee at home. No one deserves such ignorant behaviour. You're better off going to Starbucks.

Tim Hortons next to the Fast Train Endstation King George. The food was good and the service very fast. We got everything we wanted in time. We where there at around 2 pm and there where not many people. I can recommend Tim Horton - good stuff there.

Very poor serviceDate 6 April 2023 I went inside Tim Hortons order for small mocha ice cap and I did payment after when I get my order they said we don’t have whipped cream although I paid already worst ever tim never gave me refund also. Very rude staff.

No wonder. Rudest Tim Hortons ever. Can’t even sit for more than 1 hour. Zero customer service, zero politeness. No etiquette to talk to customers. Cannot even sit to relax after a hard day at work. Manager isn’t qualified enough to run this joint.

Bad customer service from “Jacky/Jicky” she didn’t have the name written properly n her name tag. Not a pleasant experience at all.We had to wait till she take 5 other orders and then only she started preparing drinks we ordered. It was same for all the customers during this time. The other lady was doing something else which is not related for orders & when I was looking at her only she came up and asked whether I didn’t receive the order.They didn’t have whipped cream for IceCap and even she didn’t care to mention that to me at the counter while I was ordering.Someone else prepared the drink then and gave it to me without saying anything. When I asked for whipped cream only they said that they don’t have it for few days now. They’ve charged me for the full product and why am I getting a half done?Let’s keep it aside, at least they just have to know how to treat customers in a pleasant way and to communicate well with a customer.Tim at KingGeorge will never have a good future with these kind of employees.If I can give (-)* I’ll give -5stars.The worst tim branch ever.

Sometimes they miss something you ordered and just ignore you standing there for 10 minutes. My experience was that i told one of the employees that i am still waiting for my order, he listened and walked away without saying anything and started making the next order and serving the people who came after me. Since the waiting made me late for work, i had to leave with no food.

We ordered iced cap and strawberry banana smoothie, but we can not get our orders.Because they were washing the iced cap machine and they didn’t have the smoothie ingredients.Then we got almond milk iced coffee and berries smoothie instead ofThe smoothie that I tried was good!But the almond milk coffee tasted nothing even I could not taste coffee, almond milk or sweetener.. it was like water.Donuts are always good btw.
