Todd did a very thorough inspection on a house we were potentially buying. He is very professional, and is an excellent communicator. I appreciated the time he took to write up a long report about the house, and how he went over the report with us afterwards. Never be so confident in the purchase of a home that you turn down a home inspection. We deployed the services of Todd, owner of Wood Home Inspections to inspect a property we were planning to purchase in the Comox Valley.
