I had B&B Homes design and build my RTM. They handled everything including digging and construction of the ICF basement, pouring and finishing the concrete, construction of the garage and moved the house on the foundation themselves. I work out of province and this made everything easier and the process smooth. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an RTM

We used the design services through B&B Homes and were very satisfied with this service. Their designer is creative, knowledgeable, efficient and approachable. She helped us meet our family's needs and made great suggestions. She incorporated our ideas when possible and explained why something wouldn't work when it wasn't feasible. Our question were always answered quickly. We would recommend this company.

We were coming off a bad experience with another builder when our banker suggested we build with B&B Homes. After going on their website and finding our dream home I called and first talked to Patricia. She was very helpful and polite and sealed the deal for us. The rest is history. We finalized our plan with Katia and picked out our selections for our house and got updates through their co-construct email account as the house was being built.As we lived far away it was nice to see the progress of our house being built and to communicate through co-construct on any issues that needed to be addressed as the house was being built. It was also nice to not have to worry about looking for other contractors to do the eaves troughs, basement cement work or garage doors.The work crew that came here was very professional, precise and did an excellent job of our basement, finishing touches on the house and building of our garage.I would recommend B&B Homes to anyone looking to build a new home. Their professional team makes it easy and the selections you can choose to customize your home are endless.
