I chose this dentist because of the high ratings, and I was not disappointed. The wait times for appointments are not too long; if you have a problem, he usually finds times to squeeze you in the day of. He truly cares about each patient’s well-being. The staff at the front desk are always friendly as well.

acommodating in every way and friendly. Best high tech dental health care I have experienced after trying 5 other dentists. Who else does crowns in one painless visit, computer fit and milled in front of you. This dentist and staff make you feel like the most important person in their day. A lot of people think their dentist is good. That's because they haven't compared them to the Dr. Ong experience. Too bad.

Dr. Ali Kashefi
I've been a patient of Dr. Kashefi for the past several years (since the last dentist at that location retired), and I don't see myself switching dentists as long as I'm living in London. I've had Invisalign braces, fillings, root canals, crowns and dental implants done by the Dr, and was very pleased with the quality of all of them. Staff are very friendly and have always been able to accommodate me for an appointment.

Worst experience! I got my teeth cleaned and after that's when they usually tell you when somethings wrong. They waited 2weeks then called to tell me I had 4 cavities, I told them no I've never had one in my life. So they called me back 3 weeks later asking to set up an appointment with a HUGE estimate out of any students money range. Therefore I went to my own family dentist in Orangeville to only find out I don't have any cavities. Thanks for trying to take money from a student with nothing.

I went to Dr. Ali Kashefi for a tooth implant and before starting the treatment he gave me full details of the treatment. I had some doubts earlier regarding the treatment, but everything was sorted out by him. Finally, the tooth implant has been done in the shortest possible of time and my oral health is perfect now.
