Team #14 arrived on time, even with unexpected snow, and cleaned our house perfectly! We needed a big clean before our holiday guests arrived to stay for a week and Tereza, Gabriela, and Katarina cleaned our place with great care and attention to detail. Everything is spotless, neat and tidy, and sparkling! Our house has never looked or smelled so good (no overwhelming cleaner smell, just smells fresh). The team was friendly and kind as well. Definitely recommend AspenClean and Team #14. Will be requesting Team #14 next time we use this cleaning service!

Just had AspenClean clean our house for the holidays, and it looks great! The team that came out (Team #2 I think) were professional, courteous, and thorough! Not only do I recommend AspenClean, we will be using them in the future!

AspenClean were punctual, responsive, and did a wonderful job cleaning my apartment. When I made the online booking there was a minor mistake with one of the drop downs but they noticed this and corrected it after phoning me to verify. Team 13 showed up on time, were very polite and made my apartment super clean even with my busy schedule.

I phoned the day before I needed their cleaning service and they were able to fit me in at the last minute. The crew arrived on time and did an excellent job. I will recommend Aspen Clean to my friends and will certainly use them again in the future. Thanks for the excellent service.

The most shocking device ever. They left my home like a hurricane had hit. I tried to take it up with Devlan …. Who was very rude and put the phone down on me. He did not even want to know the problem. I would hate this to happen to anyone else. Do NOT use this company it is a scam. Shocking should be sit down immediately!!!!! Look at my video

Team #4, Pearl, Cristian, Val and David are very efficient and friendly. Our family benefits tremendously by having an Aspen Clean service bi-monthly.

Great products, HORRIBLE service, even worse client care. READ FULL REVIEW BEFORE BOOKING.To keep it short, only 50-60% of the time do things get properly cleaned (past 2 years on and off). They always put fault on the customers rather than their own teams/administration. Seem to only ever show up too early, past the scheduled time, or not at all. A team of 3 will barely clean our small 2 bed apartment, then the company will only offer a 15min redo" (for services we pay over $600intial/$300biweekly) that make zero difference. No money back

The cleaning ladies and the job they did, I would rate a solid 4.8/5.The problem is with management. (Warning: long story to follow)The team that came to my home was phenomenal. It's just too bad that due to poor management, problems that can be easily avoided end up leaving a terrible taste in the customers mouth. Long version below.---------------------------Basically I asked for a same day booking. I needed the house cleaned at 1:30pm ish. I chatted with them online around 8:30am. They told me we can set an appointment for 2:00pm today! Fantastic. The quoted price was ~$300 for the cleaning. I said fine, since they have a satisfaction guarantee. I got a confirmation email at 9:27am.So around 1:50pm we are waiting around at the house, we had cut out this time of our day for the cleaning. 2:10pm comes around and no sign of them.
