amazing service! Dianne was really good with my nervous dog! she never even had to use the muzzle and got her nails cut within minutes, my dog even got to choose between treats when she was done!

Our first visit today at Shampooch was phenomenal! Dianne is definitely a pro groomer! She was on point with what I asked for and my pup had less anxiety with a one on one! Definitely will be returning customer! :) :)

What an awesome experience! Dianne is kind, knowledgeable, and was so good with my dog, Ruby. Ruby had never been groomed before, and I was nervous where she was a rescue. I loved that Dianne offered to do a nail trim first to see how Ruby would do in her space, and that Ruby would be one-on-one with her. Ruby has had 2 full grooms now with Dianne and she looks amazing! Dianne has a wonderful attention to detail, and I would highly recommend her services for folks looking for well-priced, awesome grooming!

Our visit to Shampooch today was fantastic. Dianne is a true pro! We have two nervous little dachshunds, one of them being a recent rescue. She was able to get our first guy's nails trimmed in a breeze, and while our newer guy (the rescue) wasn't quite ready to have his done, she provided all sorts of helpful advice as to what we can work on with him to get his anxiety down. Much appreciated!
