I did my 2022 Tax return with them for the first time, and it will be my last time.They are unprofessional with their job.They work with other's money, but don't even bother to inform the fee properly.I was surprised when I got the invoice because it was different than what they told me first.If you find something that may cost more, you should inform the client as you go, not surprise them with unexpected fee after everything was done.Furthermore, they don't even care about my job nature and where I can get more deduction and etc - They never asked anything and I had to figure out by myself and send them what I found.What's the point of getting a professional accountant if I do all the jobs anyways?Any free online website would do a better job than here.$441 for something I did all the works?Not again.
