I used this company for mobile service in 2017. Last week I booked an appointment with Lucas for a specific day and time. It is for my disabled senior mother at her care home. They called me the day b4 my appointment to tell me they do not make in home calls anymore? WHY would you book a house call appointment if you do not make house calls anymore. This was terribly inconvenient and horrible customer service. I do not recommend this company.
