We see Dr. Cronin for two of my children's orthodontic needs, and both experiences have been positive. I appreciate how they take extra time to talk to the children and make them feel safe and welcome, explaining things to them at their level while listening to my concerns as well. Cost may be higher than other orthodontic businesses, and the level of care we receive from the staff makes it worth the investment for us. I would highly recommend Dr. Cronin and his team!

With Cronin Ortho I was able to avoid invasive jaw surgery and instead have a thorough treatment plan that fit my wants and needs. The receptionists were ALWAYS friendly, helpful, and engaged in their duties. Dr. Cronin is a funny and knowledgeable orthodontist that delivers real results. I couldn’t be more happy with how my smile and mouth looks. I would choose this orthodontist if you’re looking for a really great supportive staff at a perfect location.

Dr. Cronin is the best in the business. So many different family member have gone to him, and I’m so happy my daughter has been able to get her braces through Cronin Ortho as well. His staff is amazing. They work with you when it comes to financing, worries, fears when it comes to your kiddo…and you know they’re never pushing unnecessary treatments. We were given many different options, and Dr. Cronin was incredibly thoughtful in each of them, considering her growth in the future, etc. Jodie has been wonderful and knowing that even she had her braces there is amazing! So thankful for all the staff and how gentle they were with my daughter.

This was our first time visiting Dr Cronin's office. Love the positive vibe here... especially Natasha's. What an asset she is to that office! We had an emergency and Natasha was compassionate, professional, and super-proficient. Dr Cronin and his orthodontic assistant were also top-notch. They efficiently assessed the situation and fabricated a new retainer to replace the old broken one in a very timely manner. We highly recommend Dr. Cronin and his team at Cronin Ortho in Langley.
