Monday July 4, 2022 - A second problem plagued our home which has us scrambling and stressed out. Reb delegated his staff with the same qualifications to come since he could not make it however, Rico did excellent work as well and quickly assessed the situation. He pulled out some crazy high tech tools that I had never seen before to identify the problem and fix it. He was very thorough and meticulous as he tested and retested that interventions worked. He also went the extra mile and applied treatment to make sure the job was done to perfection.This company has a great team and will respond quickly as they can and do outstanding work. The prices are affordable and we highly recommend this company to anyone needing the various solutions they provide. Very efficient with high quality equipment and expertise when assessing and implementing the interventions that produced outstanding and long lasting results. Showed up on time, fixed not only my leak but also my slow drainage problem. My sink has never drained so fast. He cleaned up after himself and gave me reassurance he is a phone call away if I ever have any other problems. I highly recommend giving him a call for your plumbing needs.

Very punctual. They arrived 20 minutes after I called! I had a huge leak, they arrived and did a great job fixing the problem. Very very decent rate as well. Will definitely be using them for any of my plumbing needs!

The tech sent to my shop was awesome. I own a barbershop on Austin in Coquitlam. they did two sinks for me and my hot water tank. They gave me a really good deal and were pleasant to work with. I highly recommend using these guys!

Called R&R Plumbing for an emergency as our toilet was leaking to the downstairs neighbor's apartment. They showed up and did a fantastic job patching up the leak in less than an hour. Left the bathroom clean too. Ran testing between our bathroom and the downstairs neighbors bathroom to ensure the leak is no longer present. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable. Explained the root cause and provided insights on how to remediate the issue long-term so this does not occur again. Pretty friendly and helpful. The prices were reasonable due to the short notice and emergency. R&R Plumbing is very reliable and trusting service you can count on. Thank you.

Thank you Reb & Reko ! Cleared all my exterior drains and used there camera on my lines. I thought my line was collapsed these guys saved me a fortune. Turned out to just be roots and yard trimmings in my lines! They did honest work and charged very fairly. Thanks once again guys

The guys at R&R Plumbing were great! We had this fixer-upper we bought and somebody recommended to us to try these guys out. They showed up on time, were quiet and friendly, and the place was so clean after that you didn't even know they had been there. I'll use them for my new jobs and for service calls on my existing properties.

Was in an unfortunate situation, which required immediate action. My lack of plumbing knowledge was compensated for by the proficient understanding these workers had for the trade.
