Victoria Shambhala Meditation Centre
It's a beautiful centre, but the best part is the community and the teaching. The gentle progression of meditation instruction and guidance has really helped me to deepen my practice. Multiple public sessions per week provide opportunities to just sit, with or without instruction. The community is welcoming and kind.

Great place for meditation. They have by donation public meditation sit downs on Wednesday evenings and Sunday mornings. They have an open house in Wednesday evenings so new comers can learn the shambhala way. The sessions are followed by one of the seasoned members giving a talk and prompting the group with thoughtful questions to engage in conversation.They always have courses for level 1 shambhala and up!
