We have been most fortunate to have had Don who helps all of the family for many years with all of our HVAC needs-my brother, and daughter also swear by Don-new installs, repairs.He’s never let us down!He has come one Christmas Eve when furnace stopped working to fix.Another example, I was away in December, but my elderly mom was at home.Called him around 9 PM on a Friday night-he asked if she was ok through the night(wasn’t too cold then)- he was at the house Sat at1030 AM-fixed the problem!Can’t say enough great things.We are replacing our water heater to tankless soon-always in good hands!

I have used AAF a few times now and wont hesitate to go back in the future. Response time and pricing were excellent and they are a very friendly bunch. Jobs were always completed quickly with quality and I have had no problems with installs. I recommend highly!

Don was wonderful to deal with. I called and Don was heading home, he went out of his way to come by as my furnace stopped working on a very cold night. Exceptionally prompt, efficient and knowledgable. Call Don, before you call anyone else! 10/10!

Zero stars! Called in to get service and oh yes no problem and would get back to me with a day and time, heard nothing. Next day followed up and then they ignored my follow up and never got back to me. Not the type of company you want when you’re in urgent need of a repair and they leave you stranded. They’re not just unreliable they’re irresponsible!

Our furnace stopped working properly, I sent a text and received a response right away. We were able to get it to work again that night however In less than 8 hours they were here and made sure it was fixed and safe to use. They went above and beyond, I would recommend these guys 100%. Fast, efficient, thoughtful and very professional! 5*+

We have been using Don and his company for as long as we can remember for all of our heating and cooling needs. Don came highly recommended from a personal friend. Don always makes time to help us even with his very busy schedule. This weekend we arrived at the cottage and had an issue that needed quick resolution. Without hesitation Don made time to attend at short notice and fix the problem. We highly recommend AAF Heating and Cooling!
