My dog is a bit problematic but the staff seem to have no problem examining her. I get her prescriptions regularly from here and glucosamine supplements. Also nice and friendly staff.

KRAH is awesome! Everyone is so professional, friendly, kind and courteous. We felt more welcome there, from the first time we visited last year, than I ever felt at our previous clinic, where I was a client for 30 years. Thanks for making us feel like we've been clients forever!

Fantastic staff and clinic! My dog used to fear the vet previously, but he actually gets excited to go now! Dr. Andrews is absolutely wonderful and all the staff are incredibly caring and kind. 110% recommend this veterinary clinic!

Great staff, but horrible for answering the phones. Have had multiple days where you can't even get a person on the phone all day long. Definitely need more staff in the front to accommodate that.

We had a great experience here with getting my mom and sister‘s dog neutered. They were great with him, and left them at ease. When ready from recovery, they shower us the items needed for recovery and we’re very thorough with their instructions. Great staff and friendly front desk service.

Excellent experience recently. I accidentally purchased the wrong food for my pup recently. He has a very specific diet and there are 2 bags that look very similar. I accidentally purchased the wrong one (10kg worth). Special diet food is quite expensive, so I was relieved that the staff would refund the bag I had purchased even though I had opened it (unused, but opened). They were also great to deal with and understanding in the phone. Thank you KRAH!

I really like the service, and the calls to check on my puppy to make sure there aren't any side effects to the vaccinations and to check to see if he is eating and drinking well. The staff are all super friendly and it seems like they have good teamwork and they look like they enjoy their jobs. The Vet is super with my pet.
