Bought 2 investment properties with Momentum and I am very happy with the customer service and product. High quality condos and wide range of option during the selection process. Would definitly recommand.

As a first time home purchaser, I had tons of anxiety and even more questions. Both Martha and Nicole were both extremely patient with me and quick to answer all of my sometimes neurotic questions.I would recommend Momentum Developments to anyone, if they weren't so professional and responsive I would have been fretting about things but they made me feel 100% taken care of. Would give more stars if I could :)

Update (May 25):Only after posting this Google review, they got back to me to address concerns. I am updating this review from one star to two as they did follow up, but mainly because they want me to get rid of this google review and pretty much emailed me every week to take this down.------------------------------------------------------Completely unprofessional services. We had an agreement with them where they were to sublease to a subtenant for two years, after the lease was up, turns out that1) Apartment was flooded resulting in the subtenant insurance going up, they did not help follow up, corridors and building had water marks all over2) There were addendums to our original lease to address and follow up with the builder on all builder's defects, they did not follow up and literally told us to go talk to a lawyer3) Appliances that were part of the purchase were broken, and they did not follow through with warranty so apparently the subtenant lived without those appliance for a year, also resulting in damage to the unit, which they did not fix.All in all, stay away, horrible experience with this development company.
