Terribly grumpy service. Never a greeting. On the speaker, they always sound bothered. Upon arriving at the window, a debit machine hanging out the window greets you while the employees inside continue on their conversation.Coffee is usually burned.Don't give them cash because they'll use the same fingers to pick up your donut.Not sure how a place like this exists this day in age in Halifax.

The worst location ever. The manager here is so freaking rude and racist. She is a big liar about availability of items. She shut the window on me so rudely. No freaking customer secice at all. She should be fired right away. Very bad experience. I don't know if the owners are even reading the comments. Tim Hortons should look into it.

This Tim's was open, too bad I walked in the rain... because it's only open to people with cars. Pretty sure this is class discrimination to only serve people with cars, and illegal, they should have to close to everyone if they can't staff the counter and drive thru at the same time. I didn't get coffee because I don't have a car. I'm actually quite upset because I walked in the rain and they were supposed to be open. It even says they're open" online but just screwing over everyone who walks there for nothing

Normally this location values my business or so I thought but today instead of the late I ordered I received a large cup of foamed milk and hot water. Pity the staff can't maintain professionalism and deliver a signature product...... fairly obvious staff are bringing their personal hate for me into the workplace.

Constantly “out” of certain items every time i go to this location. Drinks taste/ look way different than other locations, so i assume they’re not being made right either. Save your money for a location where staff care.

Worst coffee. It was like hot water. I ordered triple triple and one wrap in app. After that went to drive through. They told me pull over .waited to 15 mins. For a worst wrap. The staffs should learn to make coffee at first and then learn customer care . Very very bad experience....

This is the worst Tim’s I’ve ever been too! The supervisor is absolutely rude definitely should not be be working with the public. Seems to only like having the drive thru open. Ppl who live in the area that don’t drive get turned away almost daily because they close the store and are drive thru open only. If you’re too lazy to do your job and can’t handle the pressure of both drive thru and in store you shouldn’t be working there! I’m sure this location loses a lot of money because of this! Tired of being refused service because I don’t drive!!

Sandwich was not what I ordered. Front door was lockedEmployees arguing about who did what wrong. Have me a belt instead of a blt then took it back and just pulled the egg off. Will not return
