REPLY: STILL LYING! Ayan was WELL aware my backdrop guy would not be there. Spoke in great detail about it. She did NOT suggest coming back (I would have clearly taken that option!) and I found the SAME EXACT product for cheaper. Please stop lying to make yourself look good! Just adding to the poor customer service!My experience was horrendous.As for some background knowledge, I had discussed with Ayan a balloon garland and possibly a backdrop. Due to my specific needs and her limited options... I had to rent the backdrop elsewhere. She was fully aware of what I intended to use as I sent pictures and we spoke about it in great detail. As the day was approaching I had contacted the man I hired for a backdrop, confirming that she could use command hooks. I confirmed availability and details.The day finally arrived and now I am at a parlour getting my makeup and hair done. Ayan messaged me at 3:07 pm and I replied no later than 8 minutes as I was supposed to keep still for my makeup. She informed me that the backdrop man was not there. I told her as previous discussions we had...to wait until 3:30 pm as that was the time he told me. I tried to get a hold of him ASAP and unfortunately received no reply. I already felt horrible for Ayan. I understood that she had another client and respected her time. I was so close to paying someone 300+ just to fix the problem.She called me repeatedly and was pressuring me to hurry up" or else she would leave. At the same time I was contacting my husband and family to help. I was crying on the phone because I was running out of options. She almost left me hanging dry with absolute no empathy. I explained to her that I was trying my best to find someone else. Once everything was set and done

I got decor done from fascinating events and decor for a baby shower. They were amazing. Everything went so smooth right from the beginning to the end. I shared my ideas with them and they helped me decide the theme for the baby shower. Even the smallest details was taken care off. Right from the exact blues and pinks I wanted to the shower favours.
