Speedy Glass Scarborough

They never answer their phones. I'm on a loop for hours with a lady that keeps saying please hold. Its so annoying. Everytime the phone rings after waiting for so long, she picks up and says please hold and puts me back on hold, and it just repeats this way for hours.

Was driving at the 401 East near airport today. Got hit by a stone chip, right away, I see a circle on my windshield. I google windshield repair, and take it to Speedy Glass in Scarborough, where closest to my home. Staffs at this location was great and friendly. They called the insurance company for me and I ended up paying nothing. See the photo I attached, in the review, the before and after. I see a little haze and a dot where I got hit. But this is way better then before.

We had a combination of a bee and star patterned chip on our windshield. The glass damage was on the highway so the impact was fairly significant. I called Speedy Glass for an appointment and they set one up quickly over the phone. Got there just before my appointment time and was greeted by the manager Paul Martins who was serving another customer. This was the first time I was getting a windshield repaired so I was not sure what to expect. Paul explained and set my expectations of how the results would be. He explained the process step by step and the time it would take to complete. He checked and billed my insurance online and got the vehicle in and out of the shop in 30 minutes. The results are in the pictures. I would recommend this location for the courteous service, speed and workmanship.

The workers were friendly and helpful and the work appears well done and at a decent price. They also took care of everything with the insurance which made it much easier for me. I hope I don't have to have my windshield repaired or replaced in the future, but if I do I'll be sure to check them out again

Had a stone chip in a star shape pattern on my windshield right in front of my view, about the size of a loonie.Took my car to Speedy the next day and the fix was done in little over a half hour, and all that remains is just a small dot. Everything was free as it's covered under insurance (claim free, to add)Fast, friendly, excellent customer service. Will return for future window repairs and recommend others to use them too!

I went in for a rock chip located at the front passenger side of my windshield. They had told me it was a risky job since it was in the bottom corner. I let them fix it and they fixed it in an hour barely visible anymore. The payment was processed through my insurance which was amazing. They did a great job and I definitely recommend them to others! I posted a picture of before and after the job.

Extreme disappointment and frustration with the service provided by your company. On May 29, 2023, I contacted your customer service line not once, but twice, in hopes of scheduling a glass repair. Regrettably, both of my interactions with your representatives were wholly unsatisfactory.During my first call, I was appalled to experience being abruptly hung up on without any explanation or attempt to resolve my inquiry. Such unprofessional conduct is not only discourteous but also reflects poorly on your company's commitment to customer satisfaction. I was left feeling disregarded and disrespected as a customer.In a second attempt to seek assistance, I called again, hoping for a more positive outcome. Unfortunately, my second call went unanswered as no one bothered to pick up the phone. This lack of responsiveness further exacerbated my frustration, as it highlighted a clear disregard for customer service and a failure to meet the most basic expectations of a reputable business.

I have a Tesla and just recently change the windshield glass and it got scratch on them again, i went to tesla they didn’t do anything, i went to Speedy glass and Jason was so kind he explained and help me out. Shame on you tesla for not helping your customers and send us to speed glass

Very honest people. I went in and told them I found a tiny speck on my windshield and wanted them to fix it. I got a call back quickly to ask me to pick up. Then they explain that it's already been fixed before and he couldn't do it. I bought the car second hand so the previous owner must have fixed it. I'm very impressed by the honesty they had, because even if they told me they fixed it and took my money, I wouldn't have known. But they didn't, they were honest.

We had to have our rear van window replaced, so my wife took the van in to get that done. When it was ready, she called to let me know, and we also had a new air filter??I said, What the….?You replace windows, stay out from under my hood. I already had my oil change scheduled, and was not needing a new air filter. That is not extra service, that is a rip-off.When I questioned, I was told the whole engine was checked over. Again, ???.The window job was fine, but I don’t appreciate being upsold on things that were not relevant to glass. If you really wanted to provide a needed service, you could have helped remove the tape we used to cover up the back in case it rained. But no, we got a new air filter.
