You Nailed It Renovation

We hired this company to demo all exterior walls are ready for spray foam insulation,Terrible experience right from the start, his son Kirk came out to measure for the quote and neglected to even mention the stairwell we talked about that we needed demoed also.They didn’t remove all lath and plaster up to the ceiling, or remove all trim and baseboard, they framed over existing drywall and did not frame up to the ceiling either, leaving more than 1” of space between frame and ceiling.And when we asked them to replace an exterior door to the balcony, Paul wanted us to order a 78” x 30” prehung to fit in the existing door frame???They only worked for a maximum of 3-6 hours each of the 3 days they were here.Very unprofessional, and terrible quality.We have pictures to prove it.
