This is the third time that I have ordered coffee online in the morning. Every time an elderly lady has touched me, the first time she was very sweet, the last times she has treated me she has been very rude to me, she has touched the glass of my vehicle very hard and her attitude is that of a person very uncomfortable. I didn't want to say this but it's already the third time and I already felt very uncomfortable. I don't think you can't smile at all times, but you can't be rude to the customer...

They forgot my sweet and sour dipping sauce when I ordered chicken nuggets. I was pretty disappointed after going through the drive thru to find out that they left out the sauce.Came back for the drive thru and ordered a combo and they forgot the straws, won't be coming back anymore

Masood and his staff did a great job for my sons birthday party. They were attentive, provided colouring, balloons and food came out in a timely fashion. Thank you for the great hospitality!

A perfect example of why KPIs are terrible for the customer experience.No matter what you order from the drive through you'll get parked. All so they can preserve their drive through times for corporate metrics. Customer experience be damned. I've had it happen with reg meat, which takes 45 seconds to cook. I've had it happen with no cars behind me as well. The poor staff must be grilled constantly over these metrics.The Sgro family are surely not upholding up the high standards Ralph used to push.

Typical McDonald's fare/expected taste and quality. The dine in service is a bit slow, especially considering the amount of people that were dining in. I suspect they are prioritizing the drive through as there was an ample amount of staff on duty and the order was standard fare without any customization. Overall the restaurant was clean, especially the bathrooms.

Currently at mcdonalds for lunch. Watched manager and other employees handle my buns, meat, lettuce and condiments without using gloves. Its hard to approach manager with a complaint when they are part of the issue. Service is usually fast and efficient here but food handling is atrocious. The fact they go from touching multiple services without gloves to then handling food is appalling.

Gave my order to another car. Asked me at the drive thru window what did I order with only 1 car ahead of me and no one behind. Told me rudely to wait in the parking lot. Gave me my order and it was what I ordered plus more items I didn't order. Quality of food was a joke. But all the extra food I didn't order or pay for made up for it. This location is funny and a joke at the same time.

Compared to other locations the staff here are very friendly and helpful, service has always been very reasonable, props to the staff.Edit: changed my review from 5 stars to 1 star because management has started locking the restaurant at night and forcing customers to wait in the drive thru.
