I had great luck shopping at this store, a very friendly staff member helped pick out a suit jacket and dress shirt for a summer wedding. I did not catch the staff member’s name but she had excellent knowledge of what colours and patterns look good together. She showed us a lot of options I would not have thought of.Great selection of patterns, colours & sizes. Much of the store was on sale

Went in to get a suit. I tell them I need it by saturday of the next week - 7 days later. I fit it but they dont have the matching colour of the pants so they said they can order it to my house and it will be delivered in 5 days or less. Perfect. The guy looks it up and says that its coming from the Toronto warehouse so it will arrive in 3 days for sure. I make sure of course since I need it for Saturday.He places the order and a short time later I get that a shipping label was created. So far so good. Fast forward, its now Tuesday and they finally ship it. Not sure why that took 3 days. But the UPS shipping says delivery by the next Tuesday and coming from Calgary. So not only was it not coming from Toronto, but the time is not even close to accurate.Its now too late to get anything else and it wont arrive in time.Dont depend on these clowns. What a joke. They still have a few days to make it right but I don't have much hope. Will update on the conclusion.

Called ahead to inquire on grad suit purchase and rental. We were told of rental info and sales. Once we arrived both of those options appeared to no longer be an options. Staff was not any help at all. Pointed to a wall and said there’s suits. No help with size or colour or combos. Wasn’t till we headed for the door and another person asked to help but by then we were leaving. Morsels down the road was AMAZING. Don’t wait your time and just go to Moores

Terrible store. I went in for a wedding party and the salesman was all over the place and super slow and not friendly. When I pay for the suit they tell me that it's $50 more then the groom paid. I talk to the groom who says the pocket square and the tie would be taken off the total. That was the agreed upon deal. They say they made a mistake, can't give me the agreed upon deal and that they should be issuing a refund for the groom. If you make a mistake, you have to own up to it and fix it not give the customer a hard time about the groom getting the deal you sold him. Pathetic. Please do better at showing your customers they matter

Kris’s customer service and knowledge are on another level, top-notch. I have never seen such. I am a (5-star)Hotel Director, my expectations are a “bit” high, he is above and beyond. Thank you!

Came in on the weekend to get a suit, Chris was very helpful offering multiple options and helping me choose something perfect. A wedding party had just came in so they were quite busy but I was still taken care when there was time. Prices very nice.
