Duke's Harley-Davidson

Same old Harley Dealership issues, you visit, not a sole speaks to you, looking at bikes, not a sales person to be seen, a fella starts looking a bike and they are all over him. what is it with Harley dealers and women.. you think we don't own bike, buy them or ride them ? saying that we did not speak to anyone in the clothing or accessories. When I asked about parts they did not seem over interested... took my business elsewhere.

A wonderful dealership for all your Harley Davidson needs. Great selection of bikes as well as parts and clothing. I find they have the best prices and are easy to negotiate with. It's a bit of a drive but worth it!

Great staff to deal with. Did a trade for a 2019 Ultra Limited and they all attributed to a great experience. Chris directed my wife and I to John in sales and Scott in service and they did a fantastic job of making it enjoyable to do business with Dukes. Great stock in apparel as well. I recommend taking a look here for your next bike or anything you need for riderwear. Two thumbs up for these folks. Thank you again.

I bought a used 2004 harley davidson trike from Dukes in April 2016. I was told the trike was in perfect running condition from salesman John and the trike was safetied, however the parking brake and the horn was not working when I picked the trike up. Had a 30 day warranty so took the trike in with many issues. Josh the mechanic replaced a motor mount on the trike with another that was NOT a harley davidson mount. It did not have the proper length screws so after a few times riding, the screws loosened and the motor mount was ready to let go. The improper installation made the bike jump all over and was very hard to control. The drive belt had a large gap of teeth missing which weakend its condition and could have broke at any time. The seat was put on without bolting it down. The brakes were wore out and needed to be replaced but I was told the squealing was because the brake pads were too hard. After the 30 day warranty expired I took the trike to another harley davidson mechanic and he said the trike was unsafe to ride and would not have passed a safety check in the condition it was in. It cost $1500 in parts alone to get the bike safe to ride. I would suggest getting all details in writing and having the bike checked by a qualified mechanic before purchase.

I have never taken the time to write a review on a business before. I feel compelled to write this one. We had a very disappointing experience at Duke’s Harley. Chris Hall was extremely rude and condescending to myself and my friend . I have never been treated so poorly as a customer. This treatment was inexcusable. I hope that the owner of this establishment reads this review and will take action to ensure that no one else will ever be treated this way by Chris Hall. .

Bought a 2015 Ultra Classic from them 2 mths ago. It's actually a really good bike and low kms with warr till 2018. It was cheaper here compared to a few other dealers in the area. But I feel it's just not the bike for me. So went in today to look at a used Heritage. So Chris gives me some B.S. about Well we gotta check it put and make sure nothing's wrong with it" I've only put 2000kms on it lol. Then he tells me I have to spend the same or more on a trade. That they don't cut a cheque back to you if the bike you buy is cheaper. What kind of B.S. is that ? I'm not going to say not to buy a bike from here if you can get a good deal. Money is money. But I'll never spend another dollar in this place. But I get the feeling they don't really care."

Awesome and great deals this weekend. The female worker who served us today was so friendly and helpful. Great experience overall and we are both now sporting some Harley sunglasses which were 50% off. What's better than that!!!
