I recently visited AutoWest pre-owned BMW. Linda Yu was my advisor.She was so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. All of my needs and questions were addressed with a smile. She is a delight. I would highly recommend everyone seeking Linda out for your BMW needs!

It is a beautiful office with some unbelievable cars including their MINIs. I was excited to test-drive the car and planned to make a purchase until I met Thomson. My suggestion is to avoid him if you want to feel comfortable. He was weirdly territorial about the vehicle which made the test-drive super awkward. After posting a comment on here, Auto-West called me and I hadn't answered. I called shortly afterwards and asked to be transferred to Thomson assuming it was him who had called.Thomson said it wasn't him and that it was someone else from the office trying to reach out. Hey, Auto-West - what was the reason for the call?

A huge shout out to John Olan. We live in Alberta and saw this BMW on the website but obviously we were not gonna jump on a plane until I had confidence & more details. We connected with John and he went out of his way to get me close-up pictures & video, and every single detail he could find on that vehicle. We felt extremely comfortable hopping on a plane and coming down. He sent everything to us and kept in touch with us daily. We made the deal over the phone, so I knew exactly what I’d be walking into when I arrived. Upon arriving the offer to pick us up at the airport at the hotel was generously offered by John, the car was exactly what he said it would be ( even better) when we got here, nothing hidden. Once the deal was completed, he had my new BMW cleaned, ready to go , included touchup paint, and a very detailed orientation of my new X6. Start to finish this was an amazing experience. Well taken care of at this BMW dealer, and I would definitely have no problems jumping on a plane and coming back here and purchasing another BMW with John .

I saw this car on their website and the appointment process was very smooth. When I came in, Harry Rizaie had the car outside, ready for my family to check it out. He was helpful and answered all the questions my family had. The car is great to drive and very spacious, lots of luggage space. Harry also cleaned a bunch of small details for us when we came in to pick up the car. Definitely check them out and ask for Harry!

This is definitely the best experience I have ever had with car dealers. My salesman, Thomson, and finance manager, Louis, are professional and friendly. I especially like their style. They give me a fair and non-negotiable price, which makes things easy. They are honest people and won't swear something such as ' I will guarantee the finance could be approved', but they are actually choosing the best option for me. As a preowned dealer, they also honestly tell me any problem the car has (missing keys, appearance imperfection). Overall, if you want a preowned car, definitely check them out.

I can't speak highly enough of Courtney Peddle, Sales Advisor and the team at Auto West. I purchased remotely from Alberta, never having done it before. I had lots of questions and she replied immediately, making sure I had all the correct information, such as photos and videos of the vehicle. Also made sure i knew exactly what the paperwork process was and what to expect. This took all the hassle and stress out of the purchase. Nothing worse than spending top dollar on a luxury item and not sure if you're dealing with professionals or not. When I flew into Vancouver, i went straight to the dealership where Byron Luu looked after me, as did Shawn in Finance. Enjoyed a great drive home through the mountains. THIS is how car buying SHOULD be. Great job guys.
