Had a great experience with Lancer Electric. I called in to book an appointment for a minor electrical issue. The office staff told me to check one thing first before booking the appointment. The suggestion fixed the issue and I didn't need to book an appointment. Lancer Electric could have just booked an appointment and taken the money. Not often you have such honest and helpful assistance. Thank you.

Last Saturday afternoon I was in the process of installing new updated outlets and light switches. Finished installing them and then went to turn back on the breakers only to find one that would not turn back on. Re checked the faulty plug socket and couldn’t figure out whereI had gone wrong. Having never needed an electrician I remembered seeing the Lancer trucks around town. Called them and spoke with a very helpful lady who took down my problem information and said someone would call me back. Within 30 minutes Nathan called me and we went through my issues. He was on a job and estimated that he would be able to stop by in about 2 hours which worked for me . Within the hour he was at my house. He took a look at my problem and said it was an easy fix. He showed me a few pointers in order to make my next series of plug/switch replacements easier. I called Nathan a couple of days later with a quick question and he returned my call and again was very helpful.Nathan was very professional and I would definitely call and recommend Lancer Electric

Recently used Lancer Electric to have some outlets changed and updated. The workers were professional and even recommended a new light switch panel which is much more convenient. The work was completed on time and under several other estimates I had received. Will be using again for any further electrical needs.

Lancer Electric came to rescue when a truck pulled a line down resulting in my power lines being pulled off my house. Nathan was at my house within minutes of the call to assess the damage. His electrician team (Chris & his apprentice) were professional and their work was impeccable. Highly recommend Lancer Electric!

We decided to upgrade some of our home's lighting fixtures, and Lancer did an excellent job in advising us what to install, providing estimates, and executing the agreed work in a timely fashion, using courteous, tidy and efficient electricians - one a exceptionally talented young lady. We are impressed and grateful.

Absolutely amazing experience with the electricians we had come out and the customer service over the phone. So friendly, they even went above and beyond with recommending certain light switches and installed them. It has been a game changer! We’re so happy! Fantastic pricing too..

Unfortunately I have to leave a negative review which I hate to do as the young tradesman I dealt with was a really nice guy, but as a trades person myself the laziness and quality of work done was not up to my standards and I'm not even sure what was left was even up to code which is concerning, especially for what I paid. Drilled random holes in my floor for what reason I don't even know. I have 2 quarter inch holes in my hallway floor to the basement now. Like why!? I dont need a peep hole in my floors. Then left an old breaker in still connected with old wires. And connected to my panel. All that was done was the breaker was flipped off. And best of all didn't tell me about it so I could have had live wires connected to nothing running in my house. Which I had to disconnect. Why would you leave potential for energization. fan looks great and works good though, just annoyed about holes in my floor and the breaker which is definitely not code.

Very pleased. Promptly answered call and was able to come a couple of days later. Kept me up to date regarding our scheduled appointment and requested to change from 8 a.m. to afternoon, which was fine with me. Arrived at noon. Very personable and friendly. I'd definitely call Lancer again for future electrical work.

Our power had gone out in part of our house later in the afternoon so we called Lancer for an emergency repair. They were able to come and repair the problem within a couple of hours. They were very pleasant, efficient and timely. I highly recommend them.
