AMAZING team and the only people I will trust my car with. I was having issues with my tires that a big box store installed and could have been in serious trouble but the team at Evoy’s got me in asap and fixed the issue late on a Friday afternoon. Best customer service I’ve ever received. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and I’m so thankful I called them.

Wouldn't go back. Got it towed here by CAA via their recommendation after my battery light turned on and my car died out of town. They charged me $300 to replace my battery, but this didn't fix the issue as my battery light was still on when I got the car back (which they knew). Told them the issue after I drove to my destination in Windsor, they told me it would be ok to drive home 3.5 hours away (which it wouldn't, it would've definitely died). I then drove it to Canadian Tire in Windsor who told me it was the alternator and got charged another $400, which solved the issue.Overall, I would not return to this place. Perhaps it was a genuine knowledge issue? I would've paid whatever to turn the battery light off, but it's like they didn't even do a diagnostic to figure out the cause of the issue before they just changed my battery and called the job done. Very frustrating.

Evoy's have a long positive track record with my friends and they are not shy of looking at / taking on an older vehicle (within reason) like hotrods / classics. That can't be said of alot of other shops. The premises are clean, and it just seems like a busy, well run shop. I waited a week to get my appointment time which is not an issue with me. One of the employees who worked on my truck took the time to explain voluntarily what all was involved with my repair and proactively replaced an incorrect hose type used in a pinch which I had forgotten about... I liked that! Good work and I can tell by the mix of nice cars getting serviced there others clearly feel Evoy's is a good choice.

My car broke down in Windsor on a work trip. I had to get a bearing replacement and get my engine checked after a misfire. I had to be back home in Toronto the following day and the team at Evoy’s bumped me at the top of the list and had me back on the road home the following day. They’re one of the only CAA recommended spots in Windsor.They were fair, super clear about the work that needed to be done and explained to me in layman’s terms what exactly in my vehicle needed fixing. Can’t recommend these guys and their team enough.

I can’t say enough about how professional and efficient this place is. You know it has to be good when another mechanic recommends it to you. I had an out of town breakdown which required a tow to their location. The transition was seamless and had my vehicle back the next day with a far less expensive invoice then any dealership. Thanks again for an amazing job.

I use to love this place but never again. I’m not going to get into details because it’s just not worth it. All il say is that I no longer trust them. Take your car somewhere else and save your money.

I have recently become a customer of Evoy's. I have family that are excellent mechanics, but they are too far away. I thought I would give Evoy's a shot. Why did I choose Evoy's, well, they have sponsored youth football for a long time in the city, and I want to support those that support football.That is what got me in the door. What kept me coming back is the honesty, and integrity. I have severe trust issues with people working for me. But, those fears were put to bed by Don and his team.I went in for what I suspected was a wheel bearing. It turned out to be a tire that was bad, likely a bad belt, they WERE cheap tires. They could have replaced the wheel bearing and left the problem to make another sale - which they would not have got after failing to fix the actual problem the first time. But they did not replace the wheel bearing. Brian called me, told me it was bad rubber, so I had them swap out the old Kenda's (i know, i know), for new BF Goodrich tire. Problem solved. I left satisfied, the problem was put to bed. Over the next few weeks I waited for the wheel bearing to rear its head. It never did.Todays trip was for a myriad of maintenance items that I wanted taken care of before winter really settled in, coolant change, transmission oil change, serpentine belt swap, and to sleuth out a check-engine light. I dropped the car about 1030 am. They called about 1pm, and told me the wastegate solenoid on the engine was the reason for the check-engine light. They were able to get the parts and install them all before 430pm. Good stuff. They charge completely reasonable rates, and teh quality of work and the level of service is just fantastic.Don't go anywhere else for service on your vehicle.
