We saw the Glacier Spas display at the Toronto Home Show and were impressed with the options and friendly service. Lucas spent the time with us to explain the differences between the various tubs and sold us an amazing hot tub for a great price. Looking very forward to receiving our tub and doing Spa school for all the details on how it works!! Thank you!

Steve went above and beyond to make sure we got our tub as promised. Delivery was pretty smooth and we've been enjoying it since day one. They are very knowledgeable and have answered all questions so far, we still need to goto Spa School with Lucas to learn more but, we would highly recommend Glacier Spas to anyone looking to get a good price on an excellent product and service.

Our overall experience was fantastic. We met Steve at the CNE in August of 2022 and initially purchased the 13 foot Executive Swim Spa to be delivered the following April 2023. In February 2023 we changed our minds and decided to get the larger 18 foot Executive Swim Spa and Steve was understanding and made it happen still honouring the 2022 CNE price. Once we finished construction in our backyard and called Steve he had our unit delivered within 1 week. The delivery crew was super fantastic as it had to be craned over our home. They were thorough and ensured the placement was perfect. We had some questions with start up and there is an online chat that will answer within minutes and Steve was calling us to ensure everything is perfect and running smoothly. Overall, our experience with Glacier Spa has been wonderful - would definitely recommend.

Steve was incredibly responsive and quick in solving some issues I had with a message on the hot tub that I couldn’t fix. He took the time to guide me step by step and issue was gone! Was really impressed with the response time, and we have been enjoying the hot tub at our cottage for over a year now.

Bought my hot tub last May! I absolutely love it and had the best experience when purchasing the spa! I was never pressured to buy the most expensive model or sold useless upgrades! Delivery was smooth - and if I ever have any questions I am able to reach out and speak to someone right away! Would def recommend to purchase your home spa here !

It took a while to finish our backyard and finally our new hot tub was delivered Friday. The guys at Glacier Spas are great. The delivery team was amazing and put the hot tub right where we asked. Took the time to explain things as well. Lucas was very helpful through the whole process. Definitely recommend you guys to all of my friends and family!!

It took a while to get the Party Spa 12.5', but it was well worth the wait. I was completely blown away after it was set up. This unit was better than I expected; the pictures do not do it justice. The delivery was handled by Glacier and the spa was craned over my house into the backyard.It comfortably seats 8 people with two of the seats being loungers. It also has two river jets. The LED lighting is amazing at night.There are a total of 118 jets and 5 pumps. Every seat feels great. I have owned a couple of different hot tubs in the past, but this one blows them out of the water!
