Never open at 9 like the website says and nobody answers the phone even when people are there. Found way cheaper parts at partsource anyway. Unreliable staff. Won't be returning.

Very bad experience. I went with my hubby to return parts. The owner denied to return and abuse my hubby. The owner of the store rudely behaved. I am surprised of their activity.

Very poor customer service. The two elder guys are very disrespectful and dishonest. They treated me like a thief.I came there to purchase a purge valve for my car. I previously bought one from Amazon and it didn’t fit so I went to this store at least to be able to talk to a person and avoid any misunderstanding. The first day I went there I talked to a young guy (the two elders were there too) and I explained the situation. I even had to call the dealership and ask for the correct part number which I gave to the young seller. He found one part that matched in Calgary but it was going to be delivered two days later. I needed it asap as my car was parked somewhere it was not supposed to be. So I told him I would think about it and come back the next morning if I decided to take it (I wanted to try other stores first.). The next morning I came back to the store because I didn’t have another solution. And he ordered the part for me (the young guy). I asked him if the part he was ordering doesn’t fit my car, will I be able to return it (because it looked exactly the same as the one I bought from Amazon). He told me yes he will return it. When I came to pick up the part I dealt with another young guy and I even asked him to check again the part number to make sure they didn’t mix things. He checked and assured me it was good. Then I asked him the same question that I asked to the first young guy. And he replied the same. If it doesn’t fit bring it back we will refund you or find the best way to help you. Okay I went home and I worked on the car that same night and the next morning. Same thing the part didn’t fit. I went back to the shop and I told them it wasn’t working. This time I had to deal directly with the elders because the young guy who ordered the part was with another customer. The elders said their policy is no refund for electrical parts. And I told them that I’ve been told by the young guy I could bring it back. Then started to accuse me of replacing the part or whatever without even looking at it. The whole time they didn’t even opened the box. Even say that I damaged the box when I’m not even the one who opened it. In fact the second young guy opened it when I came to pick it up. I lost my cool blasted on them. I don’t tolerate disrespect and especially people treating to be a thief. Then I told them I’ll deal with the young guy who was just witnessing everything. He even admitted that the customer service there was awful and agreed to return the part. I just had to pay for the shipping fees (20% of the total amount).I don’t care about a hundred bucks, I’m an Engineer, I drive two cars (Mercedes and Ford), I’m not poor, I’m not a thief. (This is for the two elders working in that store. You better learn how to behave idiots)At first I didn’t even go there to refund but to see if they could find a part that could fit my car and that’s how they received me.

Excellent service! Staff are friendly, quick and will do everything they can to get the parts you need at the best possible price. They offer a large selection of parts of basic, medium and higher quality for you to choose from and compare prices. Very helpful! Hopefully Bumper to Bumper will continue the great customer service tradition of Dash Distributors. So far so good.

I went on a few months ago and bought a replacement piece for the windshield washer spray nozzle and was offered to buy it in a set of 2. I only needed one at the time but didn't the second one go about a month later. So when I went in and told the service guy about my issue he went out with me to ensure the piece is the one I need. Turns out the old piece was improperly installed to begin with. Not only does he check it was the proper fit but he installed and hooked it up for me. And then gave me the part I paid for, for less than what I remember purchasing the first for. Such an amazing team of people and they really care about the customer's satisfaction.

Very competitive prices. I purchased brakes for my Ford Freestyle, went around the market to look for options and checked the prices, their prices were the cheapest, Service is excellent, the owner explained various options to look for while you are buying the brakes, very knowledgeable, will recommend to everybody to visit the store before buying from any other source.

Went in today to get parts for my hubby to fix my truck and turned parts we didn't need. Got charged more than what they told my hubby the price was, then got told if I went else where it's $250 more. Then got charged a $130 core charge and charged GST on it.. First time I haven't been satisfied with service from here.

I needed a power steering assembly. The staff were very helpful and the price was cheaper than Parts Source or NAPA

Bought car battery in February, worked only good until summer. Took it back and they won’t return it even the battery is marked with the date it was purchased on.When selling the battery, the guy on the counter (in turban) said “the battery will be in warranty with the marked date on the battery”. Now he is not returning it without receipt. And he won’t look into his records to find Receipt. Bad Customer service. And cheap quality parts.

Big thankyou Anand! Came here with my sister for wiper blades and a bulb. Anand was kind enough to replace both the wiper blades for us so we can be on our way! Highly recommend this place and they know what they're talking about .
