Great family run corner store with a gray selection, good prices for a convenience store, very good selection of both convenience and household foods.

Added Dec 8 2022:New owners (for a few years now) are wonderful, kind, friendly, and fair. They still roast the excellent and well-priced beef in-store and prepare fresh sandwiches daily. There is also a standing freezer full of hard-to-find meats, fish, etc (frog legs, durian pulp, eel, shellfish, snails) well-organized and stocked. If you’re looking for something you can’t find in a chain grocery it’s very much worth coming to Townsite Grocery for a look here.Real neighborhood corner store atmosphere. Charming owners and staff, always helpful. Fresh coffee in the pot, friendly faces, it’s become a genuine hub of the community.[Original review from 2018 for prior ownership:Owner cooks the roast beef sold in the deli section (for less than most chain stores) himself, and it is the most luscious roast beef I've ever had. The sub sandwiches prepacked in the cooler are made daily in the store and simple but very good. They can also do you a sandwich to order for prices comparable to Subway. The breaded pork cutlets in the freezer the owner also prepares himself,breading and all, and are a fantastic deal.The staff can occasionally come across as gruff but they deal with a lot of trouble in the area and tend to focus on safety and detecting potential problems rather than obsequious customer service, but I find that refreshing. I'd rather have an honest 'grump' than some poor soul being forced to be friendly and engaging' by their faceless parent corporation.It is a corner store

I used to shop at this store when I was a kid, after 40 years this store still here and with Long and Minh taking care of it for the past 5 years it’s fantastic corner store to come to, very hard working couple. Good people make a difference.

Always friendly service, can get veggies and meats and other items usually found in grocery stores. Prices are competitive except for ice cream, its a little bit inflated. 2 or 3 dollars more than 7-Eleven

Friendly owners. Good selection of household needs and snacks.I also stop in here for my delivery job and grab different varieties of smokes.

It's nice to have a corner ma and pa store to shop at. Keep it in the community and not the big box store.

love this place! better selection than most convenient stores, yes you might pay a couple bucks more for some items but at least you know you are supporting a local family business!
