We received unbelievably great service with our truck while we were on holidays. Because our truck needed to stay overnight, we were brought to and from our campsite which was 40 kms away. They were able to squeeze us in as we needed to leave our campsite a few days later. Thank you so much.

We've purchased 2 new vehicles from Chiasson Ford in the last 2 years and have had nothing but the best service from Pat(salesman), Kevin (Finance) and Phil (service). Whether I'm in a store with my family or walking in off the street into the dealership, I'm greeted by name from Pat. Trust me, I could go to the 4 other local dealerships in the area but I choose not to. The amazing service from the dealership and their employees speaks volumes to me. Treat people great and they will return, again and again.

This is, hopefully, a review better late than never. On January 30th my husband and I were on our way to Florida but before we even got to the border our Chrysler Caravan started making a very loud knocking noise so we pulled off the 401 at the first exit we could find and immediately saw this Ford dealership. They immediately helped us. Turned out to be the tires we had just had changed 2 days earlier. The front driver side wheel's lug nuts had been put on by hand only, not torqued. It was ready to fall off! The remarkably kind and efficient people of Chiasson Ford not only tightened the nuts but inspected all wheels to ensure they were safe. Thank you to David, Katrina and other staff there for ensuring that we got safely to our destination and helped us escape what could have been a tragic accident on the highways. Their courtesy and care for our safety, no matter what brand of vehicle, will never be forgotten.

Really appreciate having a dealership that I can rely on to do great work and honestly. Though I live in Ottawa, I bring my car here because the service is excellent and I know I can trust them. Katrina at the desk is always super helpful and keeps me informed on whatever work is being done. Car always comes back looking better than when it went in. Great local dealership.

My husband and I bought a 2018 truck from them and had nothing bad to say . I can’t say enough good things. Jeff Cornelius was our salesman (we’ve bought 3 trucks from him) and he has been nothing but amazing, will answer all questions and make sure you get something that is perfect for you !!! We had our first oil change and the parts service was outstanding and made sure we were comfortable and the machanics also did a fantastic job .
