Jessica always provides me with wonderful care. She is very attentive and makes sure to carefully cater to my body’s aches and pains. Her experience and knowledge is well evident through her work and she has a warm and welcoming personality. She is also very thoughtful and always asks questions to make sure I am comfortable and receiving as high a quality experience as possible. I have been seeing Jessica for over a year now and always leave feeling great. She is a caring professional who takes the time to listen to your concerns and communicates well about the treatment. I was originally referred for massage therapy by my MD for neck strain that severely restricted my mobility. Jessica helped me through that and I have continued seeing her monthly to work out the tension that accummulates in my neck, shoulders, and back from sitting at my desk day in and day out. It has become an important part of maintaining my physical and mental health and I am glad that Jessica is the one providing this care!

I started seeing Jessica shortly before she started her own practice and opened Johnstone Therapeutic Massage. Jessica is always kind, professional, and accommodating. She asks after my needs, and makes suggestions to enhance the session. She is acutely aware of my reactions and adjusts accordingly. I love coming to her new space - there's plenty of parking, the building is cozy, and the mood is very relaxing. Online booking is very easy and the direct billing straight to my benefits is very convenient as well! Jessica is very experienced in her field and I cannot recommend her enough :)

Jessica is a great massage therapist, and I can’t recommend her enough!Her goal is to help you get better. If you know what’s wrong, she’ll help you with it. If you know something is wrong, but don’t know how to fix it; she’ll work with you to figure it out.While she’s working with you, she’s always making sure that you’re comfortable. She’ll ask if it’s okay to do something, ask if she’s going to hard, and remind you what’s the right type of pain, and what’s the wrong type of pain.Furthering the idea of her goal being to help you. She always lets you know of stretches or exercises you can do at home, to help reduce the problems you’re experiencing.Overall, I love working with Jessica and highly recommend you work with her too!

Jessica is amazing at working out my neck stress from working on a computer all day. I need a deep massage to work out my muscles and she provides great strength when asked. I followed Jessica to her new location and I would recommend her to anyone. I’ve been seeing RMTs once a month for 10 years and now that I’ve been to see her for the past half a year, I won’t be seeing anyone else. Her new location is perfect. Nice and quiet and air conditioned!

Phenomenal experience every time.The level of care and concern shown by Jessica puts her head and shoulders above all the RMT’s I’ve ever visited.
