All Poolside Services

I have been a Poolside customer since 2014. They installed our pool. This is a family owned business with employees having very long tenure. This is a fair company that does the right thing. The quality of their work product is high whether it be an install (e.g. pool) or servicing. The company has been in business for nearly 70 years, if I remember correctly. I recommend this company with no reservations whatsoever.

I've been going to this place for years. I've never had any reason to question their analysis of my pool and the instructions I've received for maintaining it. They've installed two new pool liners in my ancient pool and both times it's gone smoothly and the result was beautiful.

On a referral from co-worker I contacted Poolside regarding a liner replacement for my pool after getting the runaround from several other pool professionals". I was very impressed with the level of service I received from them and the quality of products that they offer. It is a good feeling to finally find my "go to" pool company. I will be back for more. Walked into their beautiful showroom and Greg at the front desk was amazing. They have a big selection of parts, chemicals and lots of other cool accessories.The whole team is like one big family and they treat their customers the same.Overall a great place to get all your pool and spa needs and also their service techs are one of the best in town.

We bought a hot tub from Poolside about a month ago. There were so many places to go to and prices between all of the different stores were very competitive. What made the difference going to pool side was the fantastic customer service they provided and understanding that a persons hard earned paycheck should be treated with respect, kindness, and transparency. they were quick to answer any questions, and did not talk down on us when they seemed a bit silly. This made the experience even better. Jerry and his team did a fantastic job. I definitely have confidence that they have my back if the Jets don’t. Thank you so much for your help. I don’t just recommend poolside because the products that they have I recommend them because they have old fashion customer service, and that is hard to find.

I purchased a hot tub from a friend who had previously worked with All Poolside on chemicals and a replacement component. Upon having it professionally installed, I was receiving error messages so I called All Poolside for help but was told that because I didn't buy it from them that they would not be willing to work with me on the repair. They offer troubleshooting over the phone but because I have no idea what I'm doing when it comes to hot tubs it was little to no help. I called SpaSquadMN coordinated an appointment and once my tech came out, the tub was as good as new. I'll not purchase a thing from All Poolside.

Family Owned & Operated business expertly serving the Twin Cities metro area. I have owned in-ground swimming pools here in the Upper Midwest since 1978 and this company was the very BEST to deal with. Exceptional customer service and communication. Recently replaced a pool liner on our current in-ground pool. Draining and tear out was completed one day and NEW installation and water fill was completed the very next day. FABULOUS!! Great family involved owner (Eric) with an awesome crew that cares about your pool and your satisfaction. Highly Recommend!!

Friendly service and knowledgeable people. I regularly get my water tested and then buy my pool essentials here. They also do my end of the season close.
