Krown Fort Erie

After bringing my vehicles to the Fort Erie Krown location for a couple of years, the appearance and quality of the application of the product seemed to be properly performed. Lasr year I had mentioned to the counter representative that some critical underbody components were left unsprayed. He questioned the validity of my complaint and said I could watch the technicians spray my car if I had a problem. It was seemingly done properly until I had to remove my driver’s door panel and my rear liftgate trim panel to perform a couple of minor repairs. To my surprise, the inside areas of both closures were bone dry. I ran my fingers along the inside of the bottoms of both doors and didnt feel anything resembling undercoating and a further visual inspection showed that there was no Krown product inside these panels. I called the location and brought this to the attention of the service rep and after a brief conversation, his solution to the problem was to take my vehicle somewhere else after inferring that I had the problem since I had a complaint about their service the year before. The rep was not very understanding and at times was downright rude. He told me to take my vehicles somewhere else. Not a very proffessional solution. I’ve worked in the automotive industry for 47 years and know the difference between dry metal and undercoated metal. They were nice until I had valid issues with the service. I have found a different rust protection dealer to take my vehicles to and am now very satisfied with the work. They actually drilled some new holes through which to apply the undercoating that Krown should have done when they undercoated my vehicles. I will never take my vehicles to Krown again. I have no confidence in their ability to do a proper job.

I have been going to Krown Fort Erie for years. I recently took both my vehicles in and the services was amazing as always. Friendly and professional staff. The detail and care of my vehicles was outstanding. I would recommend this location to anyone that wants fast, detailed and amazing service.

Had my truck done and my girlfriends grandmothers car this week and have been going to Fort Erie Krown for the past 3 years. Never had an issue with service or the quality of work, also know a few people who come from Welland and Niagara falls instead of going to their local Krown because of the job they do.

The best in the region! I have been bringing my vehicles here for many years. Bill is great to deal with and his crew always do a great job.

They do a very good job. Service is courteous and prompt. Will definitely return to have the cars rust-proofed.

The service was excellent, gentleman at the desk was polite and courteous. Car went in on time and was out a couple minutes early. I inspected the work and every inch of the vehicle was undercoated. I could not have been happier with the experience start to finish.

Had an 8am appointment on July 31st for my spouse's car, unfortunately we were 11 minutes late during our commute from St. Catherines to Fort Erie Krown Rust Control due to unforeseen circumstances and pulled in at 8:11am. Upon arrival my spouse went inside to check in and apologize to the gentleman working behind the counter for running a few minutes late.He refused to let her explain and simply stated No sorry I gave it away at 8:05am because you were not here". He was very rude in his tone and demeanor with her. I understand they are running a business and need to make money

The team at this location goes over and above every time. It's well worth driving out of your way. Cheers guys.Trevor N.
