Keirstan and Keante helped us from the day we reached out for help coordinating our wedding. These times were stressful enough and adding a wedding into the mix just made it more stressful. Thankfully these 2 lovely people helped keep that stress to a very low minimum. They answered all questions and concerns. If something was not right they were able to fix it immediately and take action where needed. The timing was on point. And their work ethic was nothing but spectacular. I would 100% use them again for any other events I have in the future.

10/10 do NOT recommend. We purchased the “month of” and “day of” packages. I’m very organized and really only needed her for coordinating with vendors before the big day and coordinating on the wedding day. I will start with our meeting we had over Zoom one month from our wedding. I showed up with a google document listing almost everything she needed to know- from the reception layout to photo list for photographer to decor setup information for every area of the venue. She repeatedly complimented me on my organization. Well, fast forward to rehearsal night. She shows up and complains about having to set up tables and chairs. Then we rehearse 2x. The first time was incorrect because I told her a week prior that I wanted to inverse both families when they sit down so they really only rehearsed once correctly. The wedding party had 3 walking children in it that needed a lot more guidance. Then she rushed out of rehearsal so she can have dinner. I let it go because I trusted that she would do her job. Before she left rehearsal, I also wanted to go over a checklist of items to be done but she wanted me to just send it to her. I assured her I wanted to go through it aloud though, too, so she knew what I wanted done. I texted her later to say I added a few more items too and I texted and told her I was really worried about the bouquet getting to me on time as well as the photographer being there at 3pm for the first look. I also texted her early in the morning to warn her that my husbands grandfather passed away this morning, and I asked her if she could put a heart next to his name on the seating chart that was already created weeks prior. She didn’t reply to my previous text about the checklist and my worries, but she did reply and said she would do the heart next to his name. As she was setting up on the wedding day, my father in law told her we weren’t happy with how rehearsal went. I think this was the true turning point and this made her intentionally want to do the bare minimum for our wedding because she was mad at us. Then, we get to the barn for photos and the first look and we do not have the bouquet or the photographer there. We didn’t have any cell service at the barn or else we’d call to tell her. We waited for the bouquet and photographer for 45 minutes. Then when we get to the ceremony and reception, I start noticing a lot of other things that have not been done that were on my checklist (one ex in photo). I spoke about this with my husband and we decided to let it go until after. At the end of the night, she bolted out of there before we did and picking up decor before guests were gone. They even told the venue owner that they refused to take down table and chairs. The caterer said that Keirstan made a very rude comment about her being “too f-ing nice” and how she isn’t too nice anymore because you’ll only get taken advantage of. Two days later, I emailed her all of the items that were not completed and told her that we were not happy with the services that were provided to us and asked for a fair reimbursement for the lack of services. She emailed us back and went over each item and came up with many excuses of why these things were not completed. She blamed a lot of things on the vendors. However, in her “package details” document she just sent to us for the first time, it lists that she oversees the vendors. It also mentions a charge for taking down tables and chairs. Again, we had never seen this document until that day. It is her duty to coordinate with the vendors to ensure that their duties are completed. I am not happy with her professionalism as she didn’t take any accountability. She was very nasty in those emails! I will gladly share those with anyone wanting proof. She refused to give us any sort of reimbursement. Keirstan Rodriguez does not actually feel any sort of remorse. She even blocked me from being able to leave a review on her Facebook company page. She just opened a new store in the NF Outlet mall and I don’t think she’s putting in her full effort to be a wedding coordinator.

I am an event Coordiantor for a charity organization. I have reached out to Keirstan for advice and services, and she has been invaluable to work with. She made signage for my organization's first ever fundraising gala last year and she was responsive in my edits and ideas on making them. She is amazing to work with and I highly recommend her services for any event you need planning for.

If you think that you don't need a coordinator or you don't have the budget for one, you do and you need to hire Keirstan TODAY. Planning my wedding was getting so stressful and having Keirstan as our month of/day of coordinator was such a life-saver. We sat down and went through everything I had planned so far and all the details of how I wanted the day to go and she filled in all the fine details I didn't think of. She is calm cool and collected even during the chaos: our officiant was an hour late for our rehearsal and she took over and had us start practicing our processional until he arrived. The day of the wedding she had everything set up perfectly and it was just like I pictured! For days after the wedding I'd think of something and realized that there were so many things that Keirstan did behind the scenes so efficiently that I never would've been able to do myself on such a busy day. She is a built in hype girl and incredibly thoughtful and kind and absolutely worth every penny (and more)!

I was married on 6/3/23 at st. Thomas Aquinasand had my reception at Avanti mansion in the ballroom.KR events and designs helped make my day so perfect. Kierstan is so so responsive and any questions I had she answered within hours if not minutes. She helped transport decor from ceremony to the reception and set up everything I had at both places. She even insisted on “untraditional” things I wanted at the church when the priest tried to shut them down. If anything went wrong on wedding day… I sure as hell did not know about it! Last minute I was considering a guest book and She made one for us with 2 or 3 days notice! and it’s gorgeous. Kierstan is so so organized and such a fabulous personal in general.Cost wise she is SO reasonable and SO worth it. She took the stress out of everything and really made it so easy to enjoy the day 10/10 recommend!

After working with Keirsten & Keante a few times now, I must say they make quite a team, and have become one of the top on the list of favorite vendors to work with in the wedding industry. Great communication in getting everything ready for the big day, which is very important when you value the little things. I always want the events I do to go very smoothly, and they help achieve that with ease. Looking forward to working with them again many times in the future.
