Overall positive experience. Went there first thing in the morning, everyone lined up as per time of arrival. there were 4-5 people in total at opening and i was the 3rd person in line.Big parking lot, lots of space, waiting area was spacious and comfortable.I was in and out within 15 minutes. the reception/ nurses were all very cooperative and kind. No issues.

I’ve been coming here for routine blood work and up until most recently my experience has been very pleasant. My most recent visit was a different story, the lab technician didn’t have a very good bedside manner and needs to learn how to treat people properly. It doesn’t hurt to be nice to people and treat them with respect. I hope my experience is better next time.

Not a good experience at all. We went walk-in and there was another person behind us who also did not have an appointment. The person started attending them first not sure why. When asked she spoke very rudely and said I am just doing X. This made me feel really marginalized and excluded not just by the dynacare employee but now by the other patient whose ego was fuelled up by the dynacare employee. Never going back there again.

Went at 7:15 am with no appointment for blood work, was out at 7:30 am. Staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming. Dalia drew blood (4 vials) from me and she is a true professional. She found the vein in seconds and I barely felt the needle. She filled the vials seamlessly, had no idea she changed vials from how smooth she was in replacing the vials. Overall, top notch experience, highly recommended.

Tips: once you register online, you will have to wait outside on the marker until one of the nurses let's you into the waiting room. It seems like they can have only up to max of 4 people in the waiting room.There is no indication or signs on this intake process.

Staff are incredibly compassionate and supportive. I tend to feel faint and nauseous whenever I need blood work. The woman drawing my blood was very sweet and walked me through the process; asking what I do for work to take my mind of things, telling me when not to look, etc., I was still quite dizzy and nauseous, as I needed to draw 4 vials of blood, but she was quick to help me up, walk me to the bed, gave me an ice pack (apparently this helps with dizziness and nausea). She even went as far as to lightly fan my face to help curb my nausea (a real life angel). She let me lay down for a few minutes and checked on me frequently. She also made sure I got up slowly and watched me sit up to make sure I did not topple over, in case I was still dizzy. My only regret is that I did not get her name, such an angel! (If you’re reading this, I was your 7:50am appointment on Nov-15).

2nd time coming without an appointment. Today was at 9:50 am and was not busy. I was in and out in 10 mins. Pretty quick process and the parking is free. Thanks for taking my blood.

Very good patient care. Impressed.The nurse found a spot for me since I did not have an appointment. I was out of there in 20 min.
