We dined here tonight for my aunt's birthday. In our little party of 4, the dinner was excellent. My niece enjoyed her burger with mashed potatoes. The food was nice and hot. Kristine was our server and she made our experience wonderful. She shared in our birthday celebration and made sure we were well taken care of. Great job! Looking forward to our next visit

Maria R is our favourite server! She is always super friendly and takes great care of us when we eat here. We’ve been coming for years to this location because it’s our favourite. They have the quickest service, great food and the best staff. If your lucky-you’ll sit in Maria’s section ☺️

I rarely write bad reviews, as I genuinely try to understand the staffs struggles. But boy was the ball dropped here. Our waitress was virtually non-existent and when she was, was rather short and not hospitable. Sauce came out 20 minutes after most the food came to table. The alcoholic drink was made virgin. When the Manager was involved by one of my party members, he was prompt but uninterested in what our complaint was about.Offered complimentary desert and still charged full price.Rather difficult outting. Honestly, go across the street to East Side Mario's, or for better chicken, Popeyes next door.

Visited for a late lunch today. For probably the first time in over a year I had a good server. I'm a server myself and to see how much customer service has deprecated in the last 5 to 10 years is truly mind blowing. Today Kristine restored my faith in the kindness of human beings and what the world used to be like. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left we were taken care of with attention to detail, patience, kindness and positive energy. Kristine made sure we had plenty of napkins refilled drinks brought food out promptly as we mentioned we were starving and truly made this such an enjoyable lunch date. Many thanks Swiss and Kristine we will without a doubt be back!

Came in for lunch last week and the food was excellent and served quickly. My server Kristine was just awesome. Very kind and attentive. Will definitely be back if I'm in the area. Thank you! Would recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about this location. It is truly the best Swiss Chalet in the area. From the moment we walk in the door and are warmly greeted by Terri to exiting the door we have an overall wonderful experience here. As a family we come at least once a week. We are always happy with our meal and our regular server Maria is truly incredible! She is so attentive and knows our order by heart. As soon as we walk in the door she puts in an order for soup for our 2.5 year old son and has it on the table before he gets into the high chair. We are truly treated like family here and appreciate how Maria goes above and beyond!

Food was very good and came fast! Our server Marlene was honestly the best. She checked on us to make sure we were enjoying our dinner and dessert and she made sure to give us refills as soon as our glasses were empty. I'm used to servers being very nonchalant but Marlene truly cared about us and her job. Very positive experience.

Had a fantastic experience tonight. Was greeted so warmly by hostess Tara who made us feel so welcome. Our waitressMarlene did a fantastic job serving us. It was my son's birthday and Marlene went above and beyond to make him feel extra special. Thank you to the owner. We always know the food and service speaks for itself at the Queenston location.
