The Captain's Boil | Look forward to a steaming hot concoction of lobster, king crab legs, shrimp, clams, mussels, corn, and potatoes which get served in a plastic bag. Pick your level of spice and toss the seafood into our blend of secret, Asian inspired sauces: Cajun Cajun, Lemon Pepper, Garlic Sauce, or Captain's Boil (mix of all three). Ordered take-out of 3 sets of the lunch special fish teriyaki sizzling plate (as I had done so many times in the past) but this was probably the worst experience I've had with this franchise. They've added $3.00 to the price of the sizzling place and has cut the quantity more than half to a bare-minimum. We received over-fried crumbles of Teriyaki Fish" (pictured) that initially I had to verify that what we received in what I can only generously describe as day-old pop-corn fish

First time going to this restaurant almost didn’t because of the reviews, but so glad we decided to go. Service was excellent food was excellent, very good experience we will definitely go back again. The only complaint my wife had was, she wish she had more potato in her boil.

Got the Pirate's feast with friends, and ofcourse its endless seafood. Best shared with people. Service was quick and accurate! Server was also very nice and spoke with a friendly manner. Great location too not too crowded.

We ordered the pirates feast for takeout. A few mussels weren't de-bearded. The mussels were also overcooked and sauce was too salty. The seafood could have used more sauce. Fried rice was okay, was a little dry.Fries, Corn and lobster were good. Staff were friendly.Would recommend including the bib and gloves to be able to bring that experience home.

I ordered Shrimps with Broccoli and Corn via UberEats. But there is NO Corn in it. Other than that, the sauce is so light that I can barely taste it! I called the restaurant and replied by “we’ll give you corn next time”. Thank you but definitely NO Next Time！

I've been to Captain Boil many times in other parts of the city and enjoyed it each time, but this location is pretty poor in terms of food quality. The crab barely had any meat in it, the chicken slices were too thinly sliced and tasted too rubbery, the fried rice was good but again, I've had better at the other locations. Overall, don't get your hopes up when coming here.

The food was excellent for the price...it was my son's birthday & we ordered the pirates platter, enough food to eat & take home. No pictures once we got theseafood, too much fun eating with our hands & being messy enjoying all of it

Rice was stale or undercooked. It was crunchy and hard to eat. The seafood was okay. When I told them about the rice they took 5% off the bill which is nice but this fried rice is one of my fav dishes in other captain boil locations so I was sad about this.

Visited this location for Mothers Day. We had wanted to go to a Captains Boil for a few years and made the 1.5 hour drive to celebrate today. Arrived around 630pm, added our party of four to the wait list and provided our phone number. The host advised us that wait time was an acceptable 30-35 minutes. We sat immediately out front of the restaurant in our vehicle to wait. We even (three of us) came into the restaurant to use the restroom after about 25 minutes of waiting. After an hour has passed, we came in to check on the status of our table. We were advised with mild annoyance on their part, they called us and we didn’t answer. There was no phone call received and message on the phone number. I personally visually confirmed the number was recorded correctly on the list.A table was set for us pretty much immediately. We sat down and I think we became invisible. No one spoke to us for twenty minutes. Repeatedly we made eye contact with the servers and were seemingly intentionally ignored.Eventually after walking to the bar area and asking for service, someone came and took our order. The speed of food delivery was a fine however some people got their mains while others waited with nothing. Had to ask for forks to eat the rice. As I sit here writing this review, we have been waiting for our bill for twenty minutes. No offer of dessert or coffee. It deserves mention that there were 6 or 7 front of house staff and the restaurant has no more than 20 tables most of which are empty.I only hope that we unfortunately experienced the exception. We felt unwelcome and even that we were an inconvenience to the service team.Do not go to this restaurant.
