Great addition to the Tsawwassen coffee scene! Open, bright, interior that is inviting and warm. And they serve 49th Parallel Coffee which is one of the best local roasters!

I grew up in the Bay a million years ago. Quite the transformation. IMO Sean Hodgins is doing an amazing job developing the old farmland. And the Prado cafe is a perfect anchor tenant.Sitting here now watching it all come to life.

We arrived 8 minutes before they were closing with our 3 kids who just wanted cold drinks. The staff member on duty let us stand there (completely ignoring us) for 2-3 minutes before informing us they were closed. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience. It was also unfortunate because our kids love this place and it’s the only dining option in Southlands at the moment. I think we’ll pass on this Prado in the future!

An average coffee shop. Pretty inconsistent drink quality, they never taste the same twice. Staff and baristas aren't very friendly, they don't take the time to chat with you or get to know you. They serve you quickly and send you on your way.Not sure if there's a standard or recipe for drinks but perhaps making sure staff are trained to prepare things properly, it would ensure every drink tastes the same. I do enjoy the drinks but get upset at the fact that they don't ever taste the same as the one before

Wonderful 49th Parallel coffee brewed the way you like it. Easy social distancing. Perfect walking distance to the beach. Take your own coffee mug ...fill it up and go explore the Southlands. Covered outdoor and indoor seating.
