I haven't lived in Ladner for a long time, but always come back to Delta Auto for every vehicle I've ever owned. Their staff are very friendly and incredibly helpful, technicians/mechanics are detailed, skilled, and high quality, and all of them are very honest and fair with their clients. I know that if they recommend I get something done, or even if I can wait, that I can fully trust their opinion. Looking forward to many years to come of such awesome service!

They didn't tighten up my wheels and it caused a car accident when one flew off. They also never tightened up my valve cover a second time and told me an axle that even had the outer parts bent and twisted hugely were fine because they rebuilt them for the price of a whole new axle. They also will say your radiator is leaking when it isn't. I think they max out their pressure tester and hope something will pop. They take ZERO responsibility especially the young kid whose dad bought him a new Challenger.

We just had our Honda Fit battery die at the mall across the street from Delta Automotive and when we ran across the street to ask their advice they were professional and kind, sending a technician back with us to check our battery and get us started. At no charge! Very impressive! Definitely a good reason to use them in the future.

Very accommodating. Had vehicle troubles while on the Island. They fit us in right away off the ferry. Efficient. Great communication. Very thorough explanation of what was wrong that was fixed.

They worked at a reasonable pace, were able to reasonable keep to their goals in terms of time, kept me up to date with pleasant communications, and didn't try to upsell me anything that was not in my vehicle's best interest. They provided me with a courtesy car during each time I had my vehicle in the shop. I liked the courtesy car more than my own, and it's older than my 2005 Corolla! ha! Lastly, 1 of the gentlemen working there recognized the Sesame Street on my Mask. (Telly Monster!) Great team there. Keep up the good work!

I live in Vancouver but got my tires changed over here because I store my tires at a family's place in Ladner. The manager Ryan is a really nice and easy to talk to. The reputation of his shop is everything to him. If you ever have any questions about the work, price or anything he is more than happy to go over everything in detail. They topped up my oil and gave me a complimentary car wash! I almost gave them 4 stars instead of 5 only because this shop is quite a bit more expensive than the shop I normally go to in Vancouver. My shop in Vancouver doesn't wash my car though....

Had an appointment at 8:30 am (opening time) and the shop was closed. Waited 15 minutes but no one opened up. No one at the front or back of the shop working, and no notification of cancellation. Going elsewhere

My 2002 Mustang had a electrical issue where the turn signals weren't working. I tried putting in a fuse and it would just blow out. I was quite frustrated. I called Delta Automotive and told them the situation and they were so friendly. They understood the situation. They fixed the problem and even took pictures for me to show the work that had been done. They were so professional and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Delta Automotive they do the job right the first time!!!
