Went there for a trim. I had to get it trimmed twice.First time after seeing it in car, shaggy ends, not straight... I went in a second time to re-trim it.It looked better... but after arriving home and looking in the mirror, I still wasn't happy. I took the scissors to my own hair, and fixed it to my liking. To my side bangs, and the ends of my hair. I STILL had to straighten the cut. It looked better than it did at the salon.Seriously? I've never had such an unprofessional trim.
