Went in asking for a product. Seller opened the product to show me after checking his system for the right piece. Product ended up being the wrong product and they wouldn't take a return( 2 days later ) because the product was opened and apperebtly we told them we needed the wrong thing. Wouldn't let us speak to the original sales manager who sold us the product. Very upsetting after being guaranteed it was the right product.

Poor overall. They'll sell you the wrong part, tell you to try it and just bring it back if it is the wrong part then charge you a 20% restocking fee when you take the part back, which they fail to mention at any time prior to purchase nor were any signs visible to thispolicy"."
