The staff are very friendly and get to know the children. I always feel very welcomed there.

We used to go here a lot with our children when the OLD STAFF that was there. They were absolutely the best. Very attentive and always looking for the best needs of the children no matter what age they were. Since the change of staff and program we felt (as well as other parents) that some of the new staff are rude and more concerned about cleanliness than letting the children “be children”. We had an incident at the early center today that left a “sour taste” in our mouth. There is an Asian lady that works there that was clearly upset about a mess a baby made (by accident) and made the parent clean it up. I understand that they are not maids but they should as ECE’s understand that these happen on a regular basis and not to be upset and look at the baby in a bad way and talk “quietly” about them. I found that VERY unprofessional and rude. There are many more bad experiences we have seen and believe that was today was the last straw.As for me it’s a shame as we (especially my wife) love that facility as we have been bringing our children there since they were babies and with the instances we have been experiencing lately it’s safe to say we won’t be going there anymore and not recommend it to anyone else until some staff members are transferred or replaced.

This was our second home! We started coming here almost everyday since 2016. I have met amazing staff and parents here, and both my kids enjoyed this place very much.
