I am grateful to have been able to take the Compassion Cultivation Training from Frances through Be Compassionate NL in spring of 2022. It was a beautiful course, and I put much of what I've learned into practice every day. Very helpful! Highly recommend.

Dr. Francis is a dedicated teacher. As a healthcare worker I find it very useful to learn about compassion cultivation at these difficult times. Dr. Francis shares all the knowledge and all the tools she learned during her compassion journey generously with all her students. She was also there for us any time we need support. So if you are willing to learn more about compassion BeCompassionateNL and Dr.Francis are the right place!

I can only recommend the Compassion Cultivation Training delivered by Frances from BeCompassionateNL. The course was well organized through the use of the online platform and the group sessions provided a great space to discuss our learnings and connect with one another. If you are looking at deepening your compassion practice, this is a great organization to do so with.

Did the online course and it was great! Was a very different format from what I am used to but I adjusted to it well. Made me think and reflect on a lot of different things. Highly recommend taking the course.
